The vehicle in question belonged to William Nicholas Abraham, a Baton Rouge, La. resident. resident therapist whose body was found wrapped in a tarp on the side of a highway on Sunday.

The Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff’s Office in Hammond, La., said the coroner’s office concluded that Abraham, 69, died as a result of blunt force trauma. His death was ruled a homicide.

On Monday afternoon, Tangipahoa Parish authorities released surveillance camera screenshots of a person they said was the last person seen driving Abraham’s vehicle in Baton Rouge.

The same person sped away from police during a traffic stop and fled on foot after crashing the car.

According to 4WWL, East Baton Rouge Parish court records show Abraham was arrested in 2015 after he was accused of inappropriately touching an 11-year-old boy during a therapy session.

However, he was never charged.
