A missing hiker was found dead Monday after he failed to return from a camping trip, Boulder County officials said.

Around 11:30 a.m. Monday, Boulder County sheriff’s officials received a call about a man who had not returned from his camping trip in the Indian Peaks Wilderness, according to a news release from the sheriff’s office Wednesday.
