Jade Cargill talks about balancing parenthood and career and how WWE is working with her

Jade Cargill recently spoke about how WWE is working with her to balance her professional duties with motherhood. Cargill spoke with Stephanie Chase for a new interview, and you can see some highlights below (according to Fightful):

On how WWE is working with her to balance her parental responsibilities: “I’m under (Triple H) – obviously I’ve never worked here before, but under Paul and his regime, he understands family. We can be home and be there for these special events, and if not, we can bring our families. One thing I talk about all the time with my colleagues is that it’s a lot. It’s a lot. We have a life that goes on. We probably spend two, three days at home, but we share with the WWE Universe, and I’m a very active mom. I love going to all of my daughters’ concerts, today was their first day of school, but we have such a phenomenal boss at our company that he understands that we have to be there for these crucial moments. Like today, ‘Hey, my daughter has her first day of school. That’s very important to me, I’m happy to be there.’ ‘Okay, so, I want you to be there for your daughter’s first day of school. You don’t have to do X, Y and Z.’ We built that PR into today, and that was easy compared to flying somewhere and doing other things and missing my daughter’s first day of school. They understand family, and they understand that in this profession, you need a support system.”

On balancing career and motherhood: “This time around, I can say I have more balance within myself. Before, I went in blind, I didn’t have any wrestling friends before I started wrestling. I didn’t work on the indie teams, I just came in with my head down and just did what I had to do. Working in a company that understands how important family is to your health and your psyche, they make sure we’re there for the important things in our household. They understand that your family has to be there for you too. So I can say that Paul and everyone else in the front office and Nick Khan make sure that family comes first.”
